Hermanvile vs Dehm
11th am
I faced off with the panthers although they are out of fuel i did not want to underestimate them. So I set up defensively and probed around very slowly. I dropped Arty only here and well it would not even surpess the the HT or AT that was firing AA at me. Such a nice freaking mod! other than that not much happened he did not attack any where.

Buron vs Dehm
11th am
I tried assaulting the Abbaye vl made good progress but did not get it. I had a cruiser and a sherman and humber all hitting a house with fire plus two rifle squads and well the super germans would not be surpressed, and you all wonder why i hate this mod! Well it ended up immobolizing my sherman and destroying my cruiser before my rifle squad assaulted it getting the infantry gun kill. Dehm launched a small counter attack with about one minute left retaking one vl from me.
I dropped Air on a Tiger and well it hit only dirt!

Bretteville vs Dehm
11th am
My goal was to cut them off by taking the Cristot vl and i got it. This will keep them cut off on Bretteville, Buron, Hermanville and Abbaye. This is significant for us! We can now pound away on them until they pull back or loose there BG's. They will be attacking us hard trying to get supply back to these maps so make sure you know what vls hold there supply routes.
My armor destroyed was a humber, dont know why they call it armor.

Caen vs Dehm
11th am
Goal not to get disbanded! he sat back and tried pounding the buildings i just sat except i took some land to the south. At the end he rushed infantry into the northern buildings and we had a nice firefight. This BG is getting low but i think we can still hold them off another battle!

Vimot vs Bjorn
With almost no ammo and no fuel, it was hard to defend.
Swapped all thanks in force pool(3) but only got 1 with fuel.
Bjorn barraged the eastern building in our control with 20mm Flak, Mortars and Sf 75mm ATGs ( 1 Marder 1 and 1 Frenchie w/ PaK 40)
He Charged the netural house and secured it.
One of my Rifle section ran out into the street ( Why I don't know) and got cut down by the 20mm.
The single survivor fled for his life back in to the house.
I managed to hold on to the eastern building but lost the southern one due to Flak fire ( unable to move them any where in time due to cowered and panick).
A Pz Assault squad sneake inside the house and were quickly killed, but managed to damage my out of fuel Sherman. ( nothing serious though, 1 Crewman killed)
Re-captured the house with the remainin 3 men of a Cmd squad.
The french HT tried to sneak around the southern building, but got nailed by my only moveable Sherman.
This german BG is atleast out of French HTs armed with PaK 40s now.
Bjorn made last minute charge at the eastern building (3-4 squads and with previous survivors).
3 of my men died during this charge ( 2 PIAT and 1 from rifle section).
The enemy were killed by a rifle section and the teams on the other side of the street ( a mortar team, a Vickers MMG and the third Sherman)
Won the assault with hand-to-hand combat and as a bonus: looted a MG 42!
( It's a shame soldier can't keep looted weapons from previous battles! )
Killed of remaining krauts and secured the most eastern building.
Performed some recce on the western flank but got slowed down by fire from somewhere.

AAR
Cagny vs Pzmayer
Rushed all Paras in to the closest buildings, but when they tried to cross they street, the came under heavy fire from MGs anf Light Flak.
Had to stay in the buildings and face of several infantery attacks. Most of the losses occured due to Flak and sMG fire.
Unable to take the road VL to vimont due to the concentrated fire of 3 sMG 42, and due to the road being watched by a PaK 43, I was unable to take it, while mayer ran in and took it.
Found a FlaK 36 8.8cm on the field in the middle of the map. Mortared it down to 2 crew and possibly damaged.
He had one 251/16 flamethrower HT, which he hid behind a house.
Unable to use or move the Sherman, because of the FlaK and Paks and because he had nfested every house with Flame Pioneers or Grenadiers with Pzfausts.

Troarn
Vs Pzmayer.
This whole battle was a fiasco, from start to begining.
With only 2 6pdrs, a few PIATS and no armor, it was an incredible difficult task.
A survivor, sgt. Richards tells:
" It was absoulute hell, without any warning the panzers (Pzkpfw IV H and G, 5 of them ) blazed their way through our lines without difficulties. Supported by HTs armed with 20mm and 37mm ( 250/9 and French HQ Support HT) they swept away any resistance.
We only had 2 6pdr ATGs, which coulden't get any good spot with good LOS.
They tried desperatly to destroy the incoming pzs, but both were destroyed very quickly. Only 1 Pz got damaged lightly.
An other pz was much more damaged by a PIAT round, but were still operational ( could be a writeoff ).
A third pz was completly destroyed by a Gammon bomb, while trying to secure our last VL.
The other 2 Pzs swarmed the VL and killed every one, but I managed to get away.
Right before the shelling and the attack began, we could here that somehwere in the city, the germans were playing music on a gramophone. It was the german panzer music; the panzer leid.
I could still hear it when I made it back to our lines..."
The end in Troarn:
The attack was a disaster, with no tanks and very limited AT capability, we hadn't much of a chance, especially with the poor deploy location.
Results:
The guys wo held out until the end:

Colombelles
vs Panzermayer
After having secured everything south of the bridge (except the house next the bridge) I nailed his last PaK 40, a Flak 38 (20mm) and almost a FK 39.
But sadly the game crashed at 00.00.
We repainted the map.

Bretteville
vs Bjorn
Things looked pretty well from begining to end, except in the last seconds when Bjorn assaulted the Cristot VL with a grenadier team. Rather bad luck there: poured massive fire at them with 2 M10s (Bloody hell, why did TRSM team remove the 50cals!!!???) and lots of rifle and Sten fire, not to mention 2 brens.
Still, 1 bastard got through in the last 2 seconds.
Why no 50cals?
Why, why, why........
The brave lads who defended Cristot VL.
Facing an overwhelming Grenadier attack, the Bren lads couldn't stop them. The Cmd team got into several Hand-to-hand and won the all!
Other than that, the only thing that happened was an attempt to take the Railway station.
Bjorn had placed a french HT with 37mm PaK ( out of fuel i think) on the tracks with a recce and Half-squad.
We massacred them without losses and captured 2 soldiers.
Didn't dare to move to the south, spotted some HT moving about there.
Tried to destroy a Sdkfz 232 near the ruins, but he speeded to the north, out of my 6pdrs LOS.
It joined the attack against the to Cristot VL and hammered my troops, although they where at the opposite side of the houses.

AAR
vs Pzmayer
Abbaye D'Ardenne
With no fuel on either side, this battle proved to be a quite calm one.
Lost a Crab Sherman in a Pz IV H duel. 1shot killed 3 of its crew and maybe immobed it.
Then there was some missfortune, the entire crew of the Crab died by one shot.
The tank weren't even damaged. A sever case of whiplash/ headbanging?
He had a HMG 42, a IG 18 and some inf holed up in the church, an other HMG 42 in the 4th building to the west and some inf in the L shaped building.
Mayer tried to steal eastern supply Vl, which he did. But I quickly took it back with a PIAT and Cmd team.
Did some assaults on the buildings to the south and secured the crossroads.
Results:
I also were to fight pzmayer in Caen, but the battle crashed at 06.35.
A bit sad, since I had destroyed a Panther A and seriously damaged another in an airstrike.
Only lost inf there.
Battle is being replayed by Bjorn and Ghoa. _________________ 2nd Lt.
