Abbaye de ardenne VS Proto

I had set some initial fire and these fire postions gave great succes an engineer team killed 1 vet mark iv one command team one pioner team. seconds later i fired at another mark iv whit my piat dead in first shot, in an desperat attempt to kill the piat he opened fire whit another mark iv i sneaked close to it whit my piat and killed it to. hvy fighting in centre but finally got some ground not much but at least it gave some breathingroom on this map, lost an dd sherman to an hidden atg which i couldnt spot

Lingvres VS Bjorn

I assulted his position whit 2 assul teams for each row of houses backed up by AA car the aa car maked the gerry run for their lives as as i assulted whit my infantry i took almost all of his inital deploy atleast 2/3 spotted a jadgpz but no good AT in vicinity to take it out, also spotted a 88mm behind a house therby i decided to stopp the assult in the most eastern house row. minor infantry losses mostly concentrated to the assult sections. God Bless the AA car, it killed 7 of their men and effected severe morale loss to the enemy

i plan was expand the ground in the north, i placed there 3 tanks and 1 gun , germans came with tanks 5 tanks, the tank battle started at the end we won 3-2 and and i could advance to take 2 vl

Hottot Vs. Bjorn

Did a wee bit of a misscalculation here, miss placed all the troops. Most of the force was located to the east, while Bjorn's main attack came at the west.
Although most of my forces was ocated here, all my tanks except one, had no fuel.
Most of the troops had only 30 bullets to their rilfes.
Bjorn had a lot of MGs here, and we lacked the ammo o ake them on and secure the flank.

Defending the west flank was a Cmd Cromwell (without petrol) and a CMd gr and PIAT in the church.

Managed tod estroy a Sd.Kfz 251/16 Flammenwerfer and to kill 2-3 of the crew on a Sdk.kfz 251/11 Cmd HT.

A lot of Pz.Grenadiers chaged the church, managed to kill a lot, but still lost the church due to no ammo left except for pistols.

The Cmd Cromwell was flanked and destroyed by the Cmd HT and Pioneers with flamethrowers.

Only the tank commander survived. He killed all the Pioneers and charged the church alone, killed the lone Pz.grenadiere soldier and then ran all the way to the road VL to the south.
That scottish bastard Robinson even survived an mighty mortar barrage, and managed to take the VL unschated!

Man, thet man can run!!!

4 Gallantry medals were given to the defenders of the church.

Colombelles against Bjorn

Ok this is my very first battle and im totally new to this kinda stuff but anyway here it is (hope i did everything right) Very Happy

Bjorn moved in a diff Bg, so no panthers thank god, after a brief infantry fight, bjorn tried to move a couple of infantry teams up north to conquer the bridge and possibly the exit vl to caen, got a few of them with my mmg, then moved a sherman to take caen, got killed right on the vl and managed to damage a marder that probably wont be in his forcepool next turn.

vs. panzermayer

Managed to, how to say..."take care of my own mess"?

I retook the neutral crossroad VL to the south, and to paush the krauts back twords the minefield. Ufortuneatly, a HV MG42 prevented further assault twords the minefield.

when the timer had hit 01.44, I started a rush twords the last Axis VL.
But panzermayer had the same ide, and charged with grenadiers behind the bunker.
He also charged from the building on the north minefield and the heages below.
I in turn, charged with a Rifle Section in to the house.
But a Sniper and a Grenadier squad halted the charge.

Bloody sniper killed 3-5 of my men.

i tried a right side atack, i gained good ground.

take care germans now cant deploy in right side behind the road, remeber to next german player that deploy rule is on and cant deploy there

Bretteville vs Woulf

I bombarded him to pieces whit 2 40 mm guns and 1 sherman i then sneaked upon him along the flanks moved sherm forth sent a humber car in to their city to claim the prize but it was defense less after have recived a shreck shell disabling the gun. i stormed in north and parked my sherman on top of their exit vl. victory is ours the enemy were utterly defeted.

lost 1 40mm gun the brave humber 2 rifle squads sherman got imob when i parkt it on their vl. Killed two guns and one shreck

Battle started whit minor shootouts, untill he charged the church whit inf i killed alsmot all of his infantry untill i spotted a grave threat to the south 5 pnazer's moving in to take buron vl my 6pdr severly dmged one tank it latter got killed, moved furth a dd sherm and killed one mark iv whit a shot at his rear i backed it up reloded moved forth and shoot at tank only dmged but the idiot behind the wheels didnt wanna back up so it got blasted to pieces in one shoot.

The dmged tank is unknown if KIA or only WIA

lingeveres vs proto

the game went pretty bad, achilles 2 what kind of tank is this?, cuase they need tons of time to shoot, stuck very easily, i took 2 88 but in left side 1 flame vehicule destoy all, the tank the teams, i shooted to the vehicule at the same time with a pait 1 tankand 1 inf team, it turns around and killed all Shocked

so he could get hottot vl

i began to atack in center i gained some groun and in north but he had deployed 5 mark4 and 1 stug , i faced them lossing 2 tanks and destroy 2 germans tanks ( you ll see 1 dead but 1 stug had 3 crews dead i think they will loose it)

AAR

All vs panzermayer.

Hottot.

He had 3 jgdpz IV and a Pak 40.
Managed to secure a tiny part of the right flank, and to hold it against attacks.
Managed to kill a Pioneer squad, trying to take the strong point VL at the headges.
A few krauts charged the building at the other side of the road.
Later, a jgdpz IV in the south took out a Cromwell.
I managed to secure more of the left flank and retake the church.
Called in airstrike at the south jgdpz IV. (Check tank kills)

Results:

Troarn

Not much happened.
Deployed 3 Shermans with a Firefly as back up. But Pzmayer got all roads covered.
He got atleast 3 Pz IV, 2 Pz III and 3 frenchie HTs with different armament.

In the begining, he tried to assault my position from the east headges.
Moved my mortar team to the west to protect it.

Managed to sneak down from the west, taking the Cruelly road VL and made my way to the Railroad VL.
Nailed a French SPW and almost a Half-Recce team.

Snuck through the orchard to the house, but got in a deadlock.
Took Railroad VL, but lost it.
Last seconds assault at the house and the house in the centere.

Failed to take them both. Immobed a Pz.IV H with mortar.

Colombelles vs Panzermayer

ok second time im playing this GC and we r still here in colombelles, must be a nice place to be in lol .... didnt know this bg was sent in so had to start all over again.

Destroyed one of his marders and lost one cromwell and one 6 pdr , tried to rush to caen and managed to get really close to the Vl but time ran out, good thing is that whoever plays this map has a nice corridor over the bridge and will conquer that Vl very easily
